What was an initial intercom query from a property management company in Hemel Hempstead turned into a long-term partnership with Spire Security.

Following the call, a Spire Security engineer attended site to review and look to resolve the intercom issue at the property in question. Being located close to our Hemel Hempstead base, our engineer attended site free of charge.

Once there, our engineer discovered the source of the problem. We proposed a fix which included replacing the intercom handset within the property and completed the repair work on the authorisation of the property management company, all whilst on-site.

Our client was so impressed with the Spire Security engineer’s quality of work that we now manage the security portfolio of the property management company which includes CCTV, intercoms, and intruder alarm maintenance for numerous properties.
